Application
The
Easy Real Estate Mapping Application (ERMA) is a web application that
allows realtors to easily list and make maps of their properties
online. Users can search for real
estate by criteria (area, price, use, school district, etc.), and
return a list of properties with a map that meet those search
parameters. The site also includes additional functionality such
as driving directions, street view, and a map search.
Administrators
of the site have the ability to add properties and information
to the site with easy to use online forms. ERMA serves as a
comprehensive, powerful, and cost
effective real estate information system (GIS)
that
can be managed and sustained by those with little or no IT or mapping
experience.
